B2S YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

 The Youth Employment Program provides young people, ages 16 and up, with the knowledge and resources needed to help them secure their first job and thrive in the workforce. By providing students with the skills and tools they need, Bridge 2 Success is helping to create a new generation of successful workers who are prepared to transition from the classroom to the workplace with ease and take on the challenges of the modern workforce. 

B2S provides students with an opportunity to practice, receive feedback and improve their skills before an actual job interview. Students will develop interview strategies, enhance their communication skills, and learn to answer challenging questions.

 B2S teaches students how to write a professional resume. This allows them to showcase their skills, experience, and achievements to potential employers, giving them a chance to stand out in a crowded job market, ultimately contributing to their personal and professional growth. 

 B2S incorporates financial literacy into the program to equip students with the skills to manage their money effectively. This helps them become financially stable and protected from financial stress in the future. 

 B2S helps young people learn more about various career fields, their responsibilities, qualifications, salaries, and work environments. This creates the opportunity to explore future career options and identify potential paths that match their interests and skills, making students more confident in their capabilities and unlock their full potential. 

Upon completion of the program, students are eligible for employment in the Bridge 2 Success Summer Program. During the summer program, students will have the opportunity to build on the skills they learned in the workshops and apply them in a real-world setting. At the end of the program, students will receive support and guidance in securing their first job. The Bridge 2 Success Youth Employment Program is the chance for young people to kick-start their careers and achieve their goals.
